- We do not charge travel costs for weddings in London, Kent, Essex, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Middlesex, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Suffolk.

On the day of your wedding...
Our typical day begins with the bride, about one and a half hours before the ceremony. This is a good opportunity for us to get an early introduction to some of the key people, as well as allowing the bride to get used to us being around with the cameras, and of course, results in some lovely photos of the early part of the day. From here we like to arrive at the wedding venue about 30 minutes before the ceremony and get good coverage of the groom, best man, ushers, and the arrival of the wedding guests.

We photograph the bride's arrival at the ceremony venue - and then throughout the wedding ceremony, capturing all those magical moments. After, we photograph the congratulations from family and friends - and of course the confetti!

The vast majority of our images are taken unstaged and are of the events of the day as they unfold. We believe this provides a more natural and engaging set of photographs. We do however take a selection of more formal, group photographs, as well as some relaxed portraits of the bride and groom.

Typically a drinks reception preceeds the wedding breakfast and this provides a great opportunity for us to spontaneously photograph the bride and groom mingling with the wedding guests.

Then for the remainder of the wedding day we expertly capture the proceedings, which can include the wedding line-up, the entrance of the bride and groom to the wedding breakfast, the speeches, the cutting of the wedding cake, the arrival of evening guests and... the first dance!

On your wedding day we will aim to take around 800 photographs. We will then edit the photographs and usually present around 300 to 400 images on your complimentary online gallery. You then choose your favourite 100 images and we provide these to you in hi-resolution on DVD. You can then shop around to find the best prices for photographic prints, photobooks or your wedding album, or email images to your friends, with no extra cost from us.

If you decide that you would like to purchase additional photographs beyond the 100 provided in our wedding photography promotion package, we charge a set fee of £45 per additional set of 25 images selected (£1.80 per image).

Wedding Photobooks: Optional extra
Our optional extras also include our stunning, hard-back wedding photobooks with high quality photographic paper pages. All you need to do is let us know the number of pages you would like in your wedding photobook and which images from your online gallery we can use - then we do the rest.

Format: 31cm x 31cm
Our hardback wedding photobooks are produced with photographic paper giving brilliant colours and super sharp quality. They have a full wrap-around laminate hard cover and 300 gsm satin photopaper inside. The book also offers complete lay-flat binding, showing off double-pages to best results.

These prices include the printing of your photobook and the design and layout. We will provide you with up to two sets of proofs by email for your approval.
